Fase 1: 2012-2013 – Construction of the Experimental Center of renewable energies

First of all, we will construct an office with a system of production of hydrogen and a fuel cell integrated directly into the building. It will be a construction it pilots for the rest of the project. The office will serve to the activities of investigation and of development of Hydrogenium on the topic of the integration of the renewable energies.

Fase 2: 2013-2014 – Construction of 5 hydrogen houses

Secondly, after having validated the first phase, we will construct a lot of 5 houses. Every housing will be fed by a system PV-EL-FC for his need in electricity of every day. We want also promote the advantages of renewable energies. That's why we set the goal to install systems in other houses next to the Center, centring on the technology of the hydrogen, since this technology will have the major growth in the future years. This way the Urban development will become pioneering in the sustainable development in the whole Bay of Cadiz.

Fase 3: 2014-2017 – Enlargement of the Center. Implantation in the Urban development of the principal renewable existing energies

In this third and last phase, due to the supposed advance of the renewable technologies we will turn out to be forced to the enlargement of the Center, to be able to keep on investigating and working on them, as well as the hiring of more personal to raise our investigations. Now it is time to give the definitive jump towards the sostenibilidad of this urban development. As we were already commenting in the targets of the Phase 2, the technology of the hydrogen is the one that will suffer from a major heyday in the next years; electricity across hydrogen, motorcars fed by hydrogen, electrical appliances across hydrogen … etc. That's why, being implanting inside the urban development the use of this technology, creating a Community of Hydrogen, in which all the houses of the Urban development will access to this technology.
